COUNCILLORS JOIN NPA AS NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING CHAMPIONS

Councillor Fred Cowell and Councillor Jane Pickard have joined the

NPA steering group as non-voting members. Both are keen to support a

Neighbourhood Plan for Norwood. Fred represents Thurlow Park ward and

is Lead Councillor for Norwood. Jane represents Knights Hill ward and

is also Cabinet Member for Families and Young People. There are nine

councillors in total in the three Norwood wards.
